Welcome to the website of the Environmental Enforcement Court of Flanders!
The Environmental Enforcement Court is an administrative court as mentioned in article 161 of the Belgian Constitution. It was created in 2009 and deals with appeals against administrative fines, possibly accompanied by a forfeiture of illegally acquired benefits, imposed to punish an environmental offence or infringement.
